Back where we belong and good launching pad for the future - I know it is the wizzer cup but remember a couple of seasons ago when we didnt hardly win even a preseason match
Good to have guys like livo bannister thorton sporn davies walker de luca all play under finals pressure
Win lose or draw tomorrow night we have come a long way from our nadir of 2002 and 2003.We still have a long way to go but tomorrow night even though it is early March I will be sucking in the finals air at TD .

Yeah it's good to have a bit of confidence watching the team now. In the game against Melbourne I felt that we had the game under control for most of the game and that we could respond to any challenge they issued.......it's been along time since that feeling.

It's great having confidence that the Team has a confidence within themselves which seems to fill the very jumpers they were wearing. For too long, the Navy Blue has been just a jumper, now it's THE jumper. Makes a man 10 foot tall and indestructible, the way it used to when I was younger.

And the best part for me is that the team is playing exciting aggressive football. And winning of course.

Since Brittain went into his shell we've played a hell of a lot of defensive scrappy footy.

runner up gets 125 or 150k I think - not sure if the number is correct as I'm going by memory - basically each team gets some money - with the amount increasing with each win.

worth the equivalent of about 10,000 extra members in dollar terms and then should actually generate extra members on top. But the Weagles are looking OK and will be a real test of where we are at.
