Believe yesterday was the deadline for upgrading scholarship and international scholarship players.

Any word about Labi?

(or any of our NSW Rookies, if we still have any?)

Not entirely sure but I don't think the cut-off has passed?

Confirmed. He's no longer eligible to be placed onto the primary list, but can be placed on the rookie list up until 2 PM, November 23.

Friday October 29, 2pm - List lodgement one. Rookie promotion to primary list, retained second year and third year rookies, scholarship player transfer to primary list or rookie list; international scholarship player transfer to primary list or rookie list. Gold Coast players contracted under rule 35.2 (local talent) may be included on the club primary list or rookie list with their consent, Gold Coast FC contracted nominated 17 year-olds included on the primary list, Gold Coast FC nominated 17 year-olds who have not accepted a contract may be included on the primary list, Gold Coast FC 2009 rookies who accept a contract offer may be included on the primary list or rookie list.

Thanks Jimmae but the way I read this paragraph the deadline for transfer of existing international scholarship players to the rookie list seems to have been yesterday. The 23 November date seems to be for a straight up listing of an international player. I suppose we could still do that - but maybe he's up for grabs between now and then?

Thanks Jimmae - easy to miss that - its very repetitive. Dont know why its listed on 29 October as well, but it seems clear we can still do it on the 23rd. Same with the NSW boys I suppose, though I havent heard anything about them from the club for ages so I am not expecting anything for them.
