Since Zac Tuohy our Irish recruits have been cursed - both Ciarans, Byrne and Sheahan had their careers crueled by injury whist here and now Duffy’s done a knee before he even gets here.

Maybe we should start doing what they do with the irish horses and water the track.

They seem to be prone to ACL's

I'd be very surprised if Duffy make anything of his 'career' now.

Anyone hear the news about McGovern suffering from a concussion at training?

I can't remember him being concussed before whilst playing for Carlton.

Hope it is not a major concern...

2 weeks in concussion protocols
Back to training in New Year.

The Irish Rookie with ACL wasn't offered a list spot. Will be next year

There have been rumours he has done his ACL. Doubt it as there is vision of him signing autographs later with no strapping.

I was there, seemed like they were just being careful with him after a knock.
