Found this to be very interesting. A photograph of the Carlton team from 1868 at training. It is believed to be the oldest image of an Australian football team aswell.
They found it in storage at Visy Park, in an old matchday bar.

It's worth a look, a great piece of club history :thumbsup:

What's even more amazing is that it was a closed training session that day, so it's incredible a photo was taken at all. :wink:

Apparently Braddles was training by himself and missed the photo. He was trying to extract an extra 4 pence in his contract.

I thought it was amazing that the training session was advertised at PP and then moved 30 minutes before hand to an undisclosed location. Sneaky leakers in the club even back in 1868.
