He's done well with who he has in the the team, and who we have out of the team. (there are a few important players playing at below 100%)
I like what we've done this year it's a small step forward, no giant leap but a small step and the year is not over for us yet.
It's going to be tough but let's ALL get behind the BLUES and keep it positive because we all know how important a positive mind-set can be.
Please , as posters here can we cut the crap and take the season for what it was and what we can acheive from here, not who we could get rid of.
I love this team and where we are headed.
