Lots of areas to work on but hopefully it gives us some confidence. Judd was able to get more UP than he's had for a while. The rucks where people thought we'd struggle did very well. Better ball use in the second half instead of kicking to Eddie/Garlett all the time. Limited their inside 50s; midfield just ran over the top of them. Reverse psychology is good. ![]() |

We finally showed some @#$%&! heart after an insipid first half. Yes it was against West Coast, but the challenge was there and we lifted when we had to. |

I'm so confused. I support Ratts to the hilt and we play like shite. As soon as I jump ship and lose faith, they start to give a shit. |

Ordinary.... bottom team made us look rank in that first half... 2nd half..... only looked good because wet toast dropped off the pressure... |

My only hope is that the boys see this for what it is, an expected win over the bottom team in the league. But something tells me there will be a lot of unnecessary high-5'ing and back-slapping going on in the rooms. |

Confidence has to start somewhere. Hawthorn started their run with an awful looking 3pt win agianst Richmond. Nothing like a win after a tough patch to get a bit bubble back into the place. Any win. |

Well done by all. Yes it was scrappy but we had a red hot go. Loved the way we played on at all costs from the start and took the game on and we slowly worked our way on top. Nice to have the opposition play us into form for a change as WC really dropped off after half time. Good to see Gibbs and Murph really lift in the 2nd half. My best were - 3 Judd 2 Yarran 1 Bower Yarran is coming on fantastically. The hard ball get and give off to Eddie for a goal in the last was super. Hammer working his way into it along with Hendo was really encouraging. Ellard stopped Priddis but obviously needs to capitalise on any disposals he gets. Well done blues! ![]() |

not a pretty win, but it beats losing. our turnovers in the worst possible areas almost cost us this game. fingrers crossed for Armfield. |
