Was watching some highlights on Fox Footy during the week from 1985 I think it was.

Carlton had a number 20 running around named Baines? Was this Rhett Baines?

And----Gordon Collis- Brownlow Medallist wore No.17

A very tragic case was Rhett Baynes - I remember he was interviewed during an Ansett Cup game on Channel 7 and he went to town on Wes Lofts and the Match Committee live to air said something like "I was knifed by Wes Lofts" or words to that effect- Jack Edwards threw back to Peter Landy quite quickly. Rhett was a big boy and quite talented and won the Reserves Best & Fairest in 1986 - but had huge mental health issues- I believe he is no longer with us.

Rhett Baynes committed suicide some years back, a very sad story there.

On a lighter note, Number 54 Neil Gaghan.

Number 49 Phillip Poursandis? He could have been anything I think that bloke, what do others remember? Used to carve them up in the 2's but it never really translated to the seniors. I think he might have been a bit slow (in terms of pace!)

Dead right there.

I was reading through to see if anyone picked up 33 - but i was thinking Spiro Korkamilas (sp?). He was around that number.

6 - John 'Doro' Dorotich
31 - Tommy Alvin? (Pls correct if i am wrong)
18? - Rod Austin

I would have Matt Clape instead of Jon Dorotich at 6.

I have some serious contenders for the worst side.
