I am a big wrap for Lachlie Henderson. Physically and attitude-wise he has what it takes to be a superstar.

His body use in marking contests and his ability to get in front and mark/draw a free is what is letting him down. Riewoldt usually gets front possie and if he doesnt mark, his loverboys in white/orange./yellow give him the free and a backrub.

All due respect to lappin but I don't know how much he can teach Henderson or Setanta about key forward play.
Mark Maclure was excellent at getting into a strong position in marking contests by using bodywork.

I know it will upset people that Mark is an old Blue and still loves the club but I can't think of anyone better at teaching our tall forwards about what they should do.

otherwise players like barry Stoneham may be worth a shot

Mark Mclure and Robert Walls should be on the board. Sticks would be an ideal coach for Hendersen

..actually, i remember Lappin to be great in regards to body positioning in marking contests.. ..he had to be cos he was so bleeding skinny/light.. ..would get in front and just stick his bony arse out to give himself room..

Its "M - A - C - L - U - R - E" damn it - a triple premiership player and former captain of this club can no-one spell his name correctly.

Maybe Brock McClean can sit on the board while he's injured.

What the hell is Robert Walls going to offer to the board?

I'd agree with getting Carey down for some training sessions or maybe someone just out of the game, like Richo or Scott Lucas.

Then again I also agree Lappin offers plenty in terms of positioning and forward play.

I bet that Yarren, Gartlett, and Wiggens could spell it properly.

My information was that he was very lucky to be on the Adelaide list and was very close to being gawn.

Is this thread about him or not? Maybe it is about Monica????
