Pro:

Delayed telecast meant I was able to wander off and do productive rather than continue to watch the train-wreck completely guilt free.

Con:

Listening to Bruce McAveney fapping over Franklin and Rioli for half a game of footy has rendered me impotent.

Pros: Not many
- Jacobs and Hendo have arrived
- AJ murdered Rioli...a fact which makes the rest of the midfield effort all the more galling

Cons: One pretty obvious and substantial one

Hendo
Judd has never played that bad

Con

Injuries aside, a woeful effort from those that were on the ground. Disgraceful.

Pros: Thought Robbo was ok. Hendo's 3rd quarter was good. Jamo fought hard against Buddy. Still confortably in the 8, if there's anyone TC who wouldn't have taken 5-4 at the start of the season please put your hand up. Still could have been 7-2.

Cons: Didn't come to play. Sound simplistic but they wanted it more.
Injuries obviously. Not sure how bad they are but being 2 down in the first quarter doesn't help.
Persisting with trying to pinpoint handballs when under extreme pressure, our skills aren't that great. When we did manage to move it quickly we looked ok. Setanta and his little helpers were shocking today. I love the Irishman but his brain fades are impossible to defend today, twice played on unnecessarily and cost us goals - the second one was real head in hands stuff. Eddie's miss in the 3rd was the end of the game, it was the only time we had them under any kind of pressure all day and the 11 point turnaround was the end of that.
Judd's disposal today was as bad as I've seen it. Missed a couple of very kickable goals and the two turnovers in 10 seconds to gift Peterson a goal were shockers.

Pros Jacobs
Hendo's third and even before that he took some grabs

Cons

tried to use Betts as the hit up CHF - ouch!

disposal/decision making - a sign of tiredness?

Pros:
Hendo
Robbo

Con:
Lack of intensity

No coincidence that the two inclusions were the most switched on blokes out there.

Perhaps some of our players are a little too comfortable with their position in the 22?

Unfortunatley we don't have a deep enough squad to put pressure on everyone in the 22.

Judd's disposal was shite against Collingwood too. Great attributes but also some weaknesses. Glad we got him though....

Good call on Jacobs, and AJ.

Sauce lead our tackle count at one stage, and AJ was regularly dropping back into the hole infront of Franklin.

Pros: I heard yesterday that Hendo had run 16+ kilometres in a game recently so anyone who works that hard will get just rewards in the end. He was very good today.

Kudos to Sauce who was also our best.

Cons: We looked weary before we even started today. The past months caught in a rush. Our lack of run, poor execution around the ground and infront of goal coupled with our woeful decision making reeked of mental fatigue.

Terrible game but you can't be up every week. Mental tough ness and the ability to get up week in week out is a work in progress. Even seasoned guys like Juddy and Scotland were a mess today.

Regards Cazzesman

When Setanta marked in the goal square, he was tackled before the umpire called play on.

He should have been given a free kick, and a 50 metre penalty.

Pros

Solid performances from Jacobs and the returning Henderson and Anderson.

Cons

Flat as a tack.

Setantas match stats just not good enough and Eddie's miss in the 3rd qtr the same.

Wouldn't it be better to rate players on their effort, and intensity; rather than their (rather subjective) stats?
