I'd take it but it also depends on the interpretation and the points situation. Sometimes you can plead guilty and try to get a intentional downgraded to a reckless for example.

First, you make a joke to the media about it. THEN you challenge it.

Works every time.

Quote:
Jarrad Waite, Carlton, has been charged with a Level Three engaging in rough conduct offence against Jason Davenport, Port Adelaide, during the third quarter of the Round Eight match between Carlton and Port Adelaide, played at AAMI Stadium on Sunday May 16, 2010.

In summary, he can accept a two-match sanction with an early plea.

The incident was assessed as reckless conduct (two points), medium impact (two points) and high contact (two points). This is a total of six activation points, resulting in a classification of a Level Three offence, drawing 325 demerit points and a three-match sanction. He has one match suspended within the last three years, increasing the penalty by 10 per cent to 357.50 points and a three-match sanction. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to 268.13 points and a two-match sanction.

There was nothing in there about pressure points.

I'm sure if pleads his case and argues the 'pressure point clause' he will be fine.

I am not sure why others have not tried it previously.

It looked worse than a 2 week hit to me, take it in a heartbeat.

Take it but he needs to start learning to control his aggression. Was close to being cited against the aints too.
Still seems to be a frustrated footballer on the pitch. Maybe the body still not letting him do what he wants? Although he has looked better the last couple

I agree, take it. But I noticed that Port are developing a list of divers and duckers. I saw Westhoff continually duck his head into challenges (the Betts incident I think was one).

Yeah Westoff is a total flop. Would hate to have someone like that on our team... or maybe it is Choco's influence.
The one thing going for him is he can kick. Very well

Did anyone actually see the Hille bump?
Did he dodge a bullet?

He seems to have a habit of getting off....

It was off the ball or late, but there wasn't any contact to the head or neck, so that's fine.

Hille is a sniper and a lucky boy after they showed four of his late bumps.
