Does anyone know if the game will be broadcast live in NSW?

Or will it just be on delay?

Thanks Sydney Blue.

The thing its not listed on the Foxtel website. I want confirmation i can watch it live, otherwise Fox and Ten will be the subjects of a massive shock and awe campaign.

the broadcast guide on the afl site confirms that it is live on mainevent CH518

As a general rule Ch 518 listings are not always published. Just keep an eye out, they usually cover Friday and Saturday night games LIVE on 518.

Starting to get a bit excited now. :smoking:

no One HD has a replay. 518 has it live

ONE isn't allowed to show live when Ten is showing a replay, owing to the F^&*ed up laws drawn up by a F^&*ed up Communications Minister. Apparently that would be against the interests of those without digital TV.

The multicasting laws are pathetic.

It's what stops Seven showing V8s and footy together, which means some Sunday telecasts are 1.5 hours long.

Well after all that the game is on at 11:30 pm in Sydney on One. Pathetic. Just as well I have the next day off. KK thanks for explaining the telecom laws. Will be good when all is digital
