Can someone please confirm the below:

What day and time is the game?
Will it be open to the public?
Will Fev play? I recall reading last week that he wasnt going to play in Round 2 of the NAB challenge regardless of the location/opponent.

Friday afternoon
Probably a 4 30 - 5 pm start
Fev most likely wont play

I understand the AFL wanting to keep the Carlton v Fev blockbuster for the main season. But apart from that, I think it's the dumbest thing in the world if he doesn't play. He's a new player trying to work his team out, they're trying to work him out, and have a full pre-season. If it was any other team in the league, anywhere else in Australia, surely he'd play.

casboult should play this week.
scotland needs to be played as the sweeper.
we need to work on our kick in's.
we need to move the ball a lot faster.
would like too see,

armfield jamison thornton
scotland
bower austin russell

simpson gibbs lucas

yarran kreuzer robinson

casboult henderson betts

warnock judd hadley

hampson mclean joseph walker tiller davies

subs; o'keefe carrazzo

not sure of injuries,
i think that scotland should kick in.

I Have a Suggestion....

Throw Thornton Forward and make him a permanent forward... I rate him as a forward better than Henderson and co....

Even better, Throw Jamison in there, and see how he goes....

Get every player on our list who is 190+ tall and throw them all Forward and see what they can do.... Damn it, i am getting Desperate lool, we are going to get Flogged every week :yikes: :yikes:

Damn crap timing.

I move house at 2.30 and now have 3 choices once the truck is unloaded.

1. Drinking session with a former employee who left Friday.
2. Venture to Visy Park to watch the footy.
3. Continue unpacking.

Pretty sure I'll just drink at home and do none of the above.

They should play Fevola. It makes sense.

I hope we win. We need a good game plan and structures though if we are to win. Sheedy thinks the Lions will win the premiership in 2010 so if we lose, it's not all doom and gloom.

Are we allowed to bring our own eskies full of grog? Or will I get in shit?

Looking forward to this match. Fevola should be played, he needs as much time as possible to adapt to his new teammates. I bet though the AFL get into Brisbane's ear and say, look, we want to keep it for round 2 so we can make massive profits...we'll pay you x amount if you rest him.

What's there to work out? It's pretty simple, just tell all your players kick it to Fev with every F50 entry. Job done.

I'll say it again.

I am very glad you have nothing to do with the club.

Play Setanta at FF with Casboult beside him.
Rotate CHF and with the third tall down back: Hendo, Thornton, Austin(injured???), Walker.

Disposal to the forwards last week couldn't give a good example of how good we could be.
