During the 2009 NAB Cup, Carlton played Geelong with a very inexperienced side. Carlton only just lost to Geelong.

During the 2009 Home and Away season, both Carlton and Geelong played their strongest available sides against each other. Carlton easily beat Geelong.

Carlton were the best side in the league in 2009.

The end.

We will win the Grand Final this year by 61 points.

Geelong will miss the eight.
