As a keen collector of Carlton Football Club Annual Reports and Yearbooks from days gone by, I have often been critical of the more recent publications to come from the football club of late, particularly when compared to those of days gone by. However this years Season Review edition, which arrived in my mailbox today, is pretty good and a stark improvement on previous years. It's a professional looking magazine, with wonderful photography, some nice 'puff' pieces and even has next years Brownlow medalist on the front cover.

Got it today.

OMG what a great publication.

Showed it to the Mrs (Group Creative Director of the biggest magazine business in Oz) and she was impressed....a lot.

The kids wanted to see "Can you smell what the Blues are cooking" (I didn't like the slogan). It's amazing what an impact that slogan has on kids. Amazing.

Very impressed. Dylan Buckley piece brilliant. Only have read President and CEO's articles and very well written.....positive spin...most important they are believable.

Will sit down and have a read on the Kreuzer and then there's the Kreuzer article from Murphs and Gibbo's eyes......can't wait.

Great to read about Sir Richard and the praise we have for the man who saved Carlton. Bought a tear to my eye.

Just wait till you see it. You'll be more than impressed.

this is like gold at a time when we are seeing very little feel good stories in the media about the Blues. Are our marketing department on holidays early this year?

Thankful for the publication it does look good (I guess thats where our marketing resources have gone recently)... and of course thankful of TC.. where else would I get my fix this time of year?

I was hoping the article on Kreuzer was going to be called "Here's Humphrey"

I agree, big improvement on previous issues.

Still some room for improvement, but big  from me.

Just a quick question is this yearbook sent out to every member?

I have not received one this year and I don't recall one coming last year either.
