I have just noticed that the Brisbane game is on a thursday night 1 April and I will be in London on my way home. I am booked to stay near Victoria, not sure of the daylight saving changes for both Oz and the UK but I doubt if the pubs will be open at that time of morning |

Your best bet is to try and have a broadband connection so you can log on through the AFL website. There are no guarantees that you'll be able to see the game at all. |

ESPN has rights to AFL in UK. The schedule would not be out yet, so check their website closer to time, as they tend to telecast 2 to 3 games live every week. Your best hope is that the hotel has cable or sky with espn added. Long shot, one of the 24 hr cafes and restaurants near victoria tube/train st, has espn and kindly agrees to switch channels over from CNN. |

Thanks for that I will be staying at the rear of Victoria Station and that is very useful. Can you be specific about the loacation of the 24 hour cafe. |

The Walkabout in Covent Garden might be closer to Victoria than O2 which is out whoop whoop. |

A lot of the walkabout pubs show footy. I have been going to the Slug in Fulham. You go to Fulham station, turn right and walk for about 150 metres and it's on your right. Definitely not as bogan as the walkabout pubs...but bogan enough to enjoy the footy. |

Slug in Fulham is definitely the safest place to watch and Fulham being an Aussie area is more likely to have a little atmosphere about it. |
