Was reading up on the Lakers Andrew Bynum who is recovering from a major knee injury at present, when I came across the cool technology they use to assist in the rehab process.

I wonder if the club has looked at this, sounds like it could be a great tool for some of our players at present.

Imagine what Kobe would do in that pressurized environment if he wasn't supervised.

Mind. Boggles.

$75,000 US isn't a bad investment to keep Juddy, Kreuzer and Hadley on the park if that's the correct price.

agree to an extent - swimming is more upper body though and I'd imagine gives a different type of conditioning to the legs as opposed to running work

*BUMP*

Space-age machine is Sydney Swans' secret weapon

Quote:
"It is like a reverse vacuum," said Swans elite performance coach Rob Spurs yesterday. "It inflates around you so there is not as much stress and load going through your legs as there would be if you were running with 100 per cent of your body weight."

"Currently it is the only one in Australia," Spurs continued. "It is very good as a rehab tool but also if a player only plays half a game in the reserves and might be a bit short of game time. You can put him on that the next day, he gets the cardio-vascular hitout without the stress and full-body load through the legs."

Uncle Dick should get us one for 206...
