Ben Sexton wore it for a season in 1996 from memory

Let's be bold and give it to Peter Labi!

Begs the question. What is the most famous number at Carlton? I would argue #4 or #1. I would go #4.

You're half right buzy.

16 is the one, for now... but it won't be long until 17 is the most famous number at the Blues!

Well if you think about it he'd have to make the best team of Carlton players on Michael Long in all Grand Finals, wouldn't he?

As an aside we wouldn't agree our list of best teams by guernsey number is a Mickey Mouse thing!

I see your point, Don - however, number 25 has only 29 individuals to choose from, and of these, 15 have played 5 games or less.

Jezza and Fev are two of the best, but the standard falls away pretty dramatically after the obvious top ten or twelve.

# 7 would have to be considered in this list - Johnston & Ratten & Teddy Hopkins!

Number 25 sounds cursed. :yikes:
