“This is very exciting. I get to play with names like Murphy, Gibbs and Judd,” said Henderson, who will front for Carlton’s pre-season campaign when it commences in November.

And to the many fully-committed Carlton supporters who continue to loyally serve, Henderson made this pledge.

“All I can say is that I’ll be out there trying my best. Pre-season will be where I set it up, and hopefully I can play down forward and kick some goals. That’s the plan and we’ll see how it goes.

i am wrapped we got hendo but i just cant see him kicking too many goals just yet
we have suffered for 10years, we laughed at Western Footdogs for having no FF now we are gonna be crying with em

maybe Waite - Kruezer - Hacklett and dare i say it Fisher :banghead:

might get us through a sticky season in 2010
at this point would be happy to make the 8 again

I just hope we don't all put too much pressure on the lad. Even though he's shown promise when given the chance (played as a CHB under Voss and seemed to have a good game against the hawks) but is still only 19 (?) so let's not expect miracles just yet.

Very happy with his recruiting and I just like his attitude and if you have seen him play he has a very good work ethic and as I have said on other threads he reminds me of Josh Kennedy......the recruiting dept have done very well and as I have been a harsh critic at times and been wanting some taller forward options its only fair to say they have delivered and deserve credit.

IF he can get the ball front and centre to betts, Garlett and Yarran and kick 30 goals himself, he will be ok
