Ive got 2 very reliable sources at the club and they are both telling me about the Blues having a new senior coach on 2011.

The coach is a HUGE name but i wont mention him yet as i know how paranoid the mods get with rumours and names being posted.

What i want to know is has anyone else heard this???

It seems from overseas the only news coming out of the AFL involves the Blues.....let's just call it the CFL from now on!!!! ;)

Whether or not we get a new senior coach in 2011 depends solely on the performance in 2010.

Actually - It's not Lethal or Blighty...it's really Perc Bentley. You see when Perc died in 1982, the club felt that the man who coached the Blues to 2 flags in '45 and '47 deserved something which would see him held in perpetuity as part of Carlton's great history. With the help of then Prime Minister and Carlton fan Malcolm Fraser, a sub-committee was formed to oversee the immortalization of Perc through the process of cryonic preservation.

Perc was thawed out in a Los Angeles Medical Facility last month and will spend the next 14 months with former AFL coaches (Matthews and Blight included) to come up to speed with the modern nuances of 21st Century AFL football.

In my time on different forums Ive seen millions of "reliable sources' with 1% being right.

I just feel sorry the the guy that actually does have a good reliable source because no-one would believe him...lol!!!

So if Sticks doesnt like Mathews i change my mind on Mathews.

Sticks Midas in reverse... everything Sticks touches turns to shit...!!!

So bring Mathews to Carlton!!!
