Aaron Joseph
You're not supposed to have favourites, but he's probably my favourite player both as a coach and a former player. I love the way he goes about it. No job's too big, nothing is a big fuss, he never has a gripe about anything and he gets the toughest roles week in, week out. There wasn't a job we didn't think we couldn't give him. He's got a massive heart and a massive tank and we're really excited about what he's going to offer us in the future. – BM

Good read.

Not sure about this part referring to Chris Johnson

When he was fit we thought he made good progress defending one-on-one. – BM

Couldn't think of a worse player going one on one

He went from pathetic to below-average. won a few one on ones, lost many more

Couldn't agree more

I honestly think Joseph can perform any role suitable to his height - his skills are good and improving, is very quick, strong, tough and brave, can run the lines, can take a mark for his size etc etc. Will be much more than a great role player in 2 years.

That was a pretty good fluff piece, gave a bit of an insight, without giving too much away.

Loved the para about AJ, and very pleased to read their thoughts on Murphy and the areas they are working on with him.

Very "up-side only", judging by that you'd think there was no-one on the verge of delisting. Still, nice to see the comments about what is being worked on.

My guess is that any of the guys there that 'need a strong pre-season' or have the terms 'disappointing' or 'limited results' in their write-up, are in deep doo-doo.
