Something I've read and heard a lot from here and in the media is that next year Waite will be back and all will be rosey. But what are the chances that when he returns, he'll actually (ever) be as good as he was before his knee went? Is it too bold to simply assume he'll come in and dominate again? |

.. ..ppl tend to come back better nowadays, but i reckon it's always a bit of a test after the first time, to see if it'll hold up.. ..but every year the recoverys are smarter, and he's been able to give it plenty of time.. |

Ive thought about this also, but modern football has seen many players come back strongly from season-ending injuries, the medical treatment is quite advanced these days. But yeah, fingers crossed he gets his freakish playing ability back, gee we could have used him on Bradshaw last week ![]() |

I think he will be fine, it wasn't as bad as other knees that have been done, there was debate if he even needed a reconstruction. Also his preperation seems pretty spot on from what I gather, so no worries there. Imagine how Lance would have gone recovering from knee reco? |

He'll come back, I just hope that he still has all his athleticism. Players are coming back from knee recos better than ever, Birdman is a prime example ![]() ![]() |

I'd be more concerned with Warnock than Waite. Waite has proven to be a pretty durable player during his career, Warnock has not and is just as critical to our structure going forward. We have invested heavily in him. |

He has played 115 games out of a possible 154, Warnock has played 21 out of 88. I am more concerned with Warnock hopefully he can string some seasons together and not just games. |
