In the doom and gloom of the day, there is one light to shine forth. Fev winning his 2nd Coleman Medal.

Granted, it doesn't nearly make up for the insipid performance of the team today, but a great accomplishment nonetheless :thumbsup:

(especially given the crap that gets dished up by the maggots each week)

Onya Fev. You infuriate as much as you delight sometimes, but a Coleman Medal is nothing to be sneezed at. :thumbsup:

Great Result for the Big Fella - so happy for him in a season where he's been written off heaps of times!

Keep up the form in the finals Fev - and hopefully the frees will flow as well since the umps are looking for their GF spot....!

Fevalenko, one of the only shining lights yesterday, congratulations big fella! Will go down as one of the best full-forwards Carltons ever produced.

Should be, but won't be. For the same reason that umpires apparently don't give him frees because he sooks.

He has finished the season on 86 goals and probably should have easily had his 100 by now, but for indifferent kicking for goal earlier in the season. Fev has absolutely superb, particularly the last 6 weeks. Slot him in for AA Full Forward definetely..

He was AA in 2008 when he didn't win the Coleman so I can't see how in 2009 he wouldn't be AA when he did actually win it.

Congratulations Fev. 318 goals in 4 seasons. The greatest full forward this club has ever had. The Most AFL goals in the last 6 years. Only 3 or 4 big men have entertained with sublime skill that you have (Ablett snr, Phil Carman, Jezza). You are a great of the game
