I just found my new signature

Quote:
Former Blues premiership coach David Parkin and club president Stephen Kernahan have already spoken to the players to deliver a simple message - in the finals, Carlton expects.

Apparently, Judd's car does not have any rear view mirrors...

Only one year out of finals for Judd in his career (2008).

I noticed this morning Judd's first three finals campaigns were all elimination final losses before cracking the GF and then the premiership.

Could we handle losing the elimination final this year, 2010 & 2011 before making the GF in 2012 and winning the big one in 2013?

I would prefer if they kept all this motivation stuff in-house.

No need for the opposition to know that Parkin has spoken to the players, no need for them to know about club expectations etc. Let's keep everything in-house.

What, you think the Lions will only find out that we are expecting to win in finals when this news gets out?

I think Terry Wallace and Dermie have supplied all the motivation Juddy and the boys will require.

I love it how they say that 'in finals carlton demands sucess' and 'expects'.

Its why we've been so successful.
Other clubs like Melbourne and Fremantle just dont seem to have that culture and expectation and dont stand for as much.
