| Post subject: | Enough is Enough! |
Over the last 30 years I have grown acustomed to the Press and the League taking every oppotunity to bash Carlton. The league implmented the draft and salary cap to try and curtail our domination of the competition. The press have delighted in belting us over the Salary cap rorting era (while ignoring others transgressions). Even this year they have calling us pretenders and not worthy of finals appearances But now they are being nice Positive stories about players and the club, praise for the way we handled the "oops we slept in" incident. Hell, even Fatpat and Dorko Robinson are singing our praises. Only 'our ABC' is still trying to stick the boot in and good on 'em Well I am sorry, but I much prefer when they hated us, all this niceness is making me puke. It is a bit like the kid who constantly punched you in the head at school suddenly liking you because you have a cute cousin he wants to shag. You know that once she tells him to "Rack off Loser" he is going to punch twice as hard, twice as often. You see, The Filth like to brag how much they are hated. We know we are hated. Nah ... still hate us with a passion Mark. They are just tip toeing around us at the moment because they know what is about to be RETURNED.  Mark Robinson can't wait for Essendon* to play Carlton in the finals. He suspects they (Essendon*) are a certainty for a 2nd final.

Amen to that. The Filth are hated? I haven't seen the media ever stop from having the big 'O' over them - even at their worst they make excuses for them. |
