Three Carlton players suspended for being late to recovery ... Cameron Cloke, Jeffrey Gartlett and Eddie Betts ... all will miss this week.

I would be very surprised if that happened with such an important match this weekend.

Just Cloke. Let him take the rap for all 3

unhappy to lose the players but am happy that the club is taking a zero tolerance approach to such things.

Will be interesting to see the ins - yarrans a guarantee - then at least 3 more players need to be found

Very very disappointed in them.

Exactly the sort of shit attitude which cost us 3 interstate matches this year.

With Hadley out, that now makes FOUR changes this weekend...

Garlett lives with Eddie AFAIK. Eddie had a reputation of being on the piss too much and the improvement this year was due to him living more responsible. Very disappointing he is slipped back into bad habits and taken Garlett with him.

Not impressed. If Garlett lives with Eddie, Eddie should know better and lead by example. It is good that club has gone the zero tolerence route, as hard as it may have been.

It is not credible that we would suspend these players simply for being late to training. If the club wants to take this type of tough stance then at least be totally honest with the reasons. The fans deserve as muchand it lets the players slightly off the hook.

Given what we have gone through over the last 7 years. This is hardly the time to play the morals and ethics line.

The Football department is required to field the best team.

Call a club director and voice your disapproval today.

I have already called one. This will be raised at the AGM.

We have already sold a top 4 finish and this is just Bullshit.

The objective is to win flags. Good citizenship is something players can do when they retire.

Call a Director today and call them out on this..

Icke you will be called to account on this. Remember the members decide what happens in the end.

Pathetic by three individuals who were on the cusp of finals action in 2009

You would assume Eddie will be recalled given it's Eddie, but the other two have surely blown playing finals football. In Cameron's case, potentially blown his AFL career.

Yeah, not great timing (if there is a good time for such things)
