Not our highest winning margin though... poor defensive effort.

Melbourne's kids were using the corridor freely in the second half. It was just stupid.

Lesson one for when we play Essendon* (which is how it looks to be shaping up): the corridor is ours; literally steam roll anyone if they think otherwise.

just back from the game.

Christ that was boring and uninspiring.... talk about going through the motions. Ratts wouldn't be happy.

Breaking your ulna is certainly not humerus.

Left half way thru the last that how boring it was.

The boys did what they had to do and they weren't overly enthused about it. Hard to get too excited when playing Melbourne.

So I'm happy with the win because I know the boys weren't happy with how they played.

Unhappy about Hads though.

Brilliant to see Walker streaming up and down the ground delivering perfectly by foot

Fantastic watching Kreuzer linking and creating

Sensational to watch Garletts magic

Simmo back to his best

Fev booting 7 straight with 0 behinds

...

Get excited you sad sacks!!!!!!

Listening to Fev get interviewed, he said after how hard the last 2 games were it was nice to get an easy week on the track and bruise free football.

As long as they switched straight back on next week. Sometimes it carries over after a "soft-fought" win.

We have to beat Adelaide to play Essendon* - highly unlikely. We struggle big time against teams that structure up well, and on today's form the Crows would romp it in.

I reckon we'll play Brisbane, the question is whose home game will it be?

Given the crows are having a bit of a CBF day themselves, it'll be an interesting game next week.

There were some brilliant goals in the mix from a few players. Garlett roving the pack for his first goal? at 100 klms per hour in the first half was superb.

I thought it was a good win.

Positives for me

1) Walker's kicking has improved
2) Garlett's game - great stuff
3) Russell's run and carry...surprisingly very, very good.

Weird Game.

Congratulations to Garlett on kicking four. Top stuff

Thought JR had a great game. Breaks the lines, kicks it long and straight.

Really sad about Hadley. We'll miss him playing finals and vice-versa.

Bower still looks injured and Stevens doesn't look like he's really enjoying his footy. But then I guess it was that kind of day.

But yeah...weird game.

Why on today's form, especially from a nothing game. Maybe use form from the last few weeks as a guide. One week, in isolation, means nothing.

Very frustrating game to watch live. Skills were down, intensity was down.

The few times we played fast and direct they looked great, when we stopped, propped and kicked backwards.....aaaarrrghhh!

But it was still a good scoreboard win. 1 more game to go and then ....WHOOHOOO!

Thing with the crows was that they restricted wet toast to 48 points, so they still did the defensive stuff.

Only bloke that needed ice after the game was walker, no one else had a bruise... Throw in Hadley as well.

If it wasn't for Jeffery and Fev's goals, very odd day indeed...

Just hope players are switched on for next week.....

Happy with the goals kicked and spread...... Still look for Fev to much and sometimes to wide...
