Was talking to a guy at work about when juddy finishes being the great captain he is and who should replace him.

I'm going for B.Gibbs

Any Thoughts?

My obvious fav would be Smurph, but would be very happy with Simmo.

Would have to think Jordan Russell has come into contention lately.

Bryce Gibbs or Murphy seem to be heading in the right direction.

Kruezer by a mile, imo.

already influences a game when it matters, hard at it and fair... give him a couple more years and he will be intimidating as well.

reminds me of a previous number 4 we used to have.

Hmmm, they do call him Humphrey though, and it’s not because he’s got no pants.

..not a bad choice actually, though i'd leaning more to Murphos.. ..all three number ones have huge leadership potential, and Krooz got the nickname Humphrey last year, but he's a lot more talkative this year and i think he's the 'leader' of all the young kids.. ..apparently already confident to help direct 'traffic' too..

If they want a short-termer, I'd go for Simmo or Carazzo.

Longer term, I reckon it would be either Murphy or Gibbs. They seem to be getting a fair bit of media training at the moment. Kreuzer may turn out the best player of the trio, but won't ever be captain.

I don't know, but I will tell you that it will probably happen in about 6 years time. Try asking closer to then...

It has to Bryce, hopefully he's still playing for us by then and it makes him a Carlton player for life.
