I hear that the reverse away strip is quite popular because player signatures show up on it better.

Despite being number 1 in merchandise sales, the club is still not happy that it has not sold a higher amount of merchandise , it is believed the blame for this failure has been attributed to Brett Ratten.

Lets not let this one drift off the main board

Proof positive that some people just blow a lot of hot air

I bet we'd sell more jumpers if Allan Richardson was selling them.

How is this anything to do with the performance of the coaching team or Sticks for that matter ?

Swan and the marketing team should take the kudos !

Great to see the club is achieving some success - the marketing hype and the hope of on field success is great for support.

When I was a young(er) man, my boss told me "under-promise and over-deliver". When expectations have been raised without the right setup to support them, people will start getting the shits. TCers wouldn't know anything about that, would they :donk:

An ancient VFL coach also said "great sizzle, shame about the sausage"

Shouldnt Kernahan be off being a strong president and complaining about the umpires. Thats what eddie would do !

I heard Pumidas offered us a better deal and we knocked it back because Nike played for us in the 80s.

Boys club.

NFI

Grigg is tearing it up,
JR has cemented his spot in the side,
Hartlett's playing in the ruck and
Jake Edwards is looking like 2009 version of SOS.
Garlett's a shoe in for the the rising star award,
Robinson is keeping Stevens out of the team,
Armfield and Browne are the dynamic duo in the bullants and
Yarran, oh YARRRRRAAAAANNNNNN

oh i forgot we have David Teague and our development has come along in leaps and bounds hasn't it.

Allan Richardson doesn't have a Fev, a Juddy, 3 number 1 draft picks and a handful of others how stupid of me to think he was any good.

They thought we were coming...

.. and if you understand mercahnising and sales... its not about the first sale its about the second and those after the second...

But yeah.... Ratts sold the jumpers....

Move him to merchandising and get someone in who can coach!!!

Darren Harris? Anyone? He hasn't even been there a year...

Take out the two games the Dons have played against us, and name me one Essendon* performance where you can say they were convincing winners against quality opposition. You can't.

Our mental application was way off in both of those encounters. Nothing to do with Alan Richardson, Darren Harris or any other name you want to spin.

The put up a good fight against the Saints.

They managed to pump the Hawks the week after we failed.

They beat the Pies.

Matched it with the Crows.

and bet us twice now.

They have an underdone midfield, no judd, no Fev, no 3 number 1 drafts, play with a system, have a game plan and the future looks bright.
