Samantha Lane said: In his recent chats with the Blues’ leadership group, Kernahan has been encouraging particularly determined efforts at training because he believes that’s where changes in form begin. http://www.realfooty.theage.com.au/real ... 34377.html The leadership group would do well to listen to Kernahan, particularly what he said here: Quote: “I reckon the biggest thing you can do ... (is) have empathy for your teammates. Whether they’ve played no games in the twos, or have just got there and they’re 18-year-old kids, you’ve got to treat them like you’re treating your best mate who you’ve played 200 games with.
“There are a lot of young kids that need guidance, and I’d just implore our players to concentrate on that — get the group up, don’t worry about yourself, that will come; get the group up, get the kids up and going and don’t die wondering.’’ |

Probably directed at Campo who would prefer to give his young team mates a spray rather than an encouraging word. I get the feeling that something dramatic may happen in Adelaide today. |

I get the feeling that something dramatic may happen in Adelaide today. Maybe if he has a shocker, he can just pack his bags and move back in with Mum and Dad while he's in Adelaide... |
