Denis Pagan is hoping Carlton's recent good form at AAMI Stadium will give the Blues the lift they need to beat the Crows tomorrow afternoon, a win desperately needed to halt the current slide from pre-season Wizards to home-and-away wooden-spoon favourite.

Carlton managed a draw against reigning premier Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium earlier this year and beat the Crows by four points last time the two met on Adelaide's home turf in round 11, 2004.

"The last two (games) we haven't been beaten there and I hope that stands us in good stead," Pagan said yesterday.
