I was just reading through a technical due diligence report as part of my work here. The report says:

Independent Engineer has also recommended the followingt:

* using expatriate staff in the workshop to udnertake inspections covering the shifts of the fabricator (ie one shift per day / weekend);
* transport / cranage survey to assess potential problems with LNG tank transportation; and
* checking the lead tiem for materials required for fabrication and the sourcing of the appropriate grades within the required timeframes.

Anyone see the scary part?
