Good 9 goal win. The kids will take a lot out of the game.

Still along way to go but a big win could be a good springboard for the rest of the season.

More good than bad obviously, but otherwise I feel a bit like the ambassador for the Neutral Planet.

If I should not make it, tell my wife...hello

At the end of the day, an ugly win is a win and we will take the 4 points.

Still have allot of areas where we need to get much better at in the forward line and more run through the midfield.

i wouldn't have thought a 50 plus point win was a bad result, but i'm a little dissapointed to be honest. we have a LOT of work to do, but this season is just a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

i liked austin and hampson today.

yarran looks miles off it.
disinterested almost, but he has plenty of time.

stevens is a passenger.

I really like having Austin in the team.

It gives us the ability to use both he, and Waite as swingmen.

Back, or forwards; their both dangerous, tall, agile players.

Not one for the time capsule and it wasn't pretty but I'll take a 50 pt win and the 4 points quite gladly!

Basically did what we had to do but definately plenty still to work on. Especially kicks outs.

Oh yeah, number 5 isn't too bad either.

Forget Lord of the Rings, THERE's a trilogy to remember

MMM interviewing Maxwell, and could I swear he just said he wouldn't have a clue which of his players played well. Great captain

Great ballsy move by the MC pushing fev up the ground and taking the pressure off him kicking goals after a tough week.

I think the team, the club and fev will be better for the tactic.

Unlucky not to get a few whistles go his way. Should have had a couple.

Happy with the win, but gees, flogging Collingwood is supposed to feel better than this.

Hollow.

I equate it to shagging Angelina Jolie...as a 60 year old. You can say you did the deed, but otherwise you'd rather move on.

Can someone remind me again who the names are out of the Collingwood side? Cloke, Fraser, Didak, Thomas and Medhurst? Please don't give me Johnson and Rocca. I'm struggling to find others?

Maybe a 9 goal win against a close to full strength Collingwood is a strong result. We did the job that was needed at Round 8 of a season.

Best play of the day was Maxwell shirting the Kreuzer mark in the second quarter, then looking around for someone to blame, oh hang on it was Pendlebury who didn't put his body also, fancy that. Just on Pendlebury, another 30 touches of pure genius, just racks them up doesn't he, no wonder Collingwood can't kick a winning score with Petals kicking it backwards, sideways, up and down, anywhere but to a damaging position.

Fair dinkum ..if you lot can't take a heap of positives out of that game with so much inexperience out there then....

This is turning into a sad place.

Just got home from the game, got in on my kids junior ticket so even better. For a crowd of 82,000 it was very quiet during the game. Not the best game i have ever been to, Collingwood shut the game down and it was a struggle. Judd outstanding, Simmo played well, Thornton good, Eddie great, Stevens improved performance, gibbs okay, Murphy good. Rapt with Fev, no goals but set up 3-4, great tap out to Bettts in the last quarter, tackled well all day and no dummy spits. the umpires kept Collingwood in touch, 3 of their goals shouldnt have counted. A win is a win, probably should have won by more.
