Christ, serious questions to be asked if we don't see a %-booster.

I hope we're 300 points up at 1/4 time.... I won't care about non contests if we're streaming through the middle pouring the ball into the 50.....

We have this one and then Collingwood. We MUST get both wins before we travel to AAMI to play Adelaide.

i hope we don't rest fev as it was suggested on here we would for this game. he seems to be very close to back to his best and today would have given him enormous conifdence and he'd be keen to bounce back after his disappointing miss.

as for the ins and outs i think it's a no-brainer that we must drop bentley and apart from that i think it's time to give russell a go in the 2s but i know it won't happen. also, armfield out for anderson if anderson can put in another performance in the 2s like he did last week. armfield is just too risky when he has the ball in his hands. we'll see how simpson pulls up as well and it may be a good opportunity to give him a rest as we're playing freo. Ins i really want hadley back in and hopefully grigg will be right to go as well and the freo match should give him a good chance to get some game time and touch. if hampson dominates in the ants, i wouldn't mind seeing him come in for setanta either.

Agree Bentley has played last game of AFL.

Russell was very good in 2nd half after a poor start. Hard to see him getting dropped.

Cloke would be one to go out, bring in Hampson to combat the Freo Giant and add some more pace.

Hopefully the team that showed up in Bunbury doesn't turn up.....

Hate to say it, but Bentley really did look out of his depth, must've had lots of nervers but it didn't look good. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he is replaced by Hadley immediately.

Simpson did run out the game, but his shin and thigh may hurt up now he's had a rest. I wouldn't mind Robinson replacing him if Simpson is too sore next weekend.

By all my reckonings, I can't see us losing to that mob.

Out: Bentley & Cloke

In: Grigg & Hampson

I think Bentley & Cloke failed in there roles today. Ratts seems to reward players who play there role well & punish those who dont. So Cloke & Bentley go out i think.

Grigg is in our best 22 and should come in. Hampson has been in good form in the 2s and if he keeps that up this weekend he should be rewarded. Hampson also has a role to play in trying to nullify Sandilands. O'Hailpin & Cloke would be absolutely monstered i think.

Armfield i think is a good small defender and plays his role very well. I also think he is ahead of Anderson as a player at this stage. So he stays in. If Yarran plays a big game for the ants, he could be pushing for a spot. Not sure who goes out though. If Simpson needs to be rested because of his knocks, then maybe Yarran gets a go.

Jamo to Pavlich is Pav plays forward. Put Gibbs on him if he's in the middle, and hurt him going our way.

Bower on Johnson if he plays forward. Aaron Joseph to take Brett Peake who has looked dangerous at times this year. Munday played well up forward last week, so put Thornton on him. I dont see much else for us to worry about. We should just out class them thru the middle and win by 60+

Does Stevens have anything to worry about, i was at the game and there was an incident involving him?

crowley has injured his ankle and while 99% of the time i don't wish injury upon any player on this occasion i hope crowley misses next week only because i know he would use dirty sniping tactics on judd and our young midfield. also pavlich picked up a bit of a foot problem in the 2nd quarter but has been playing on.
