pretty sure you have to be physically handed a subpoenae, it cant be just left under a windscreen wiper. |

The words attributed to Fev suggest it was a summons and that can equally be an originating process or a subpoena. Looks as though the journo or sub-editor flipped a coin and got it wrong. |

Jon Ralph reporting that the civil action against Fev will go ahead. I'm not sure if there's anything new to what was in the article recently? |

Any idea of how many weeks he's subpoenaed for? I'd give him a 1 week less points for the headlock. Shouldn't miss any games. |
