About time SOS got to work on #4 too. Its been a couple of years, we want them all playing together.

I think having them spread out so the SoSoS dynasty lasts longer is a better prospect....

He can have 15 to ensure the dynasty lasts longer, we need to make sure there are 5 of them in the side at all times over that period :D

There was a post a few weeks back (from Elwood I think?) where he suggested we should get some of our champions drunk in a room filled with Eastern European female shot-putters. That way, we not only get the skills, but also some brawn into our F/S's as well! Bloody great idea!! :lol:

The AFL will be changing the F/S rule soon again just to ensure we don't get all the F/S coming through the next couple of years. Watch Demefroot and comp. move the goal posts again. :wink:

maybe the terminology you're using has "thrown" me ... but this is what i mean:

XX = female
XY = male

the mother provides an 'X' in all cases. if the father then contributes a 'Y' you get a potential f/s ... otherwise you don't!!

oohhh... I thought she was a Y regardless. If Dad threw a Y then a YY was girl. If he threw an X then its an XY and its a boy. I'll check with another brother and change.

Thanks Maxy

Well, well, well... man, how popular are we? Just updated the article and sent it in (thanks for the corrections, guys) and the Club has had 3 emails already pointing out my error. That's at least 5 readers!

Must admit I had a grin when I saw SOS and the three boys in the HUN the other day. Doubt they will raise the required games above 300 for father son eligability either :wink:

just on those emails Molsey, wish there was someway we could set up a system so Mike and dan or the Ghost or The geek could respond to emails, try and get some contact happening for the readers and some feedback for us. What do you think?

yes i actually am interested - that's if you've forgiven me for telling you to shut-up yet 8)

I think thats a good idea danny. The club currently has 5 or 6 ideas from me outstanding though, so I better not push it. All I want is to be able to talk to players again - it's hard just ripping offyour work. Unless you're in a similar position, can you raise it with Steve? We should each have an email address at the club, which would be fun, because as soon I get one 'mikeanddan@carltonfc.com.au' I'll be straight on the blower to Demetriou using my 'official' address.

ps, no I haven't.
