This week Fev should finally break the 500 goal mark as he is only three goals shy. I believe Fev was inaccurate against the Bombers as he wanted to break the milestone against them in front of a big audience, rather than tucked away up in Sydney..... He should do it easily this week. A great achievement, and at this rate will eventually surpass the great Sticks and be our all time greatest goalkicker, who would have thought........apart from Fevolution : ) |

Fev's 500th goal (for another week)... Plus Bett's 100th goal (on 98).... And Simpson a rank outside chance of kicking his 50th after making his 48th against Sydney. http://www.blueseum.org/tiki-index.php? ... Milestones From the Blueseum |

Loved their River Plate style shirts (River Plate is an Argentinian soccer team for those who dont know.) So that's the bloody team! All afternoon I kept saying, I've seen this jumper before ..... it looks familiar, I just can't put a name to it ... River Plate! It was very hard to read the number on the back of the jumper. If they wore this jumper in 1909, they would not have had a number on the back - they weren't compulsory until 1911 or 1912. |
