Ball spills to Sam Jacobs in space who wobbles through a mongrel punt for his first goal at AFL level.

Either this, or the big don't argue from Sauce.

The umpire who pinged Kreuzer for holding the ball after he got his head burst open. The way he paused while Kruz lay over the ball motionless before slowly signalling really gave it a theatre feel while putting his stamp on the game. Sheer class by the man in white.

Robbo's 40+m almost stab pass to Cloke in the pocket: an absolute beauty. Pity Cloke didn't give it the finish it deserved. :banghead:

the best bit of Rd 3 is the fact that both teams and especially supporters, really hate to lose to each other.

I'm looking forward to when we really give them a slapping !

Jordan Russell snapping a great goal on his wrong foot.

Lovett is a complete player and a star after his man kicked the first goal of the game...

First qtr, ball is kicked in from a point to Judd on the Southern Stand HBF. Essendon* player comes over the top, grabs ball, Judd tackles him, grabs the ball back and scoots away, setting up a shot at goal. The Bummers fans next to me clapped him for it.

Typical of these clowns - there is a directive to these idiots to protect the player over the ball and no-one had his head over the ball like Matty Kreuzer had in that play but the ass (sic) clown umpire is more worried about getting his signal looking like something out of the Bolshoi Ballet rather than protecting the play maker - this decision was probably worse than the Thornton debacle.
