If you need to pick up your card from outside the ground.


There are two marquees.

One says "COLLECTIONS", the other "MEMBERSHIPS".

Of course, my common sense told me last week that collections would just be scarves/hats - and
memberships would be to pick up your memberships.

Lined up behind 30+ people for over 10 minutes.

People kept going to the front and quickly moving on.

Got there? "Sorry you have to go to collections"...



Considering many people made the same mistake as me, wouldn't you go down the line and tell everybody!?!?!

So I did them the courtesy, gave a shoutout and half the line migrated over the the "collections" line.


MORAL OF THE STORY: If you need to get your membership from the ground, go to the "COLLECTIONS" line...

Ask the guy in front, and the guy behind - exactly what line is this.

The most likely result is a shrug of the shoulders and a bewildered look - as if to say "I don't even know why I'm standing here".



Doing the above won't help - but at least you won't feel alone and the only confused person...
