That's crazy, John!

disclaimer: this gag would have worked better if BNZ's name was John. No 2003 (MY04) Subaru Impreza GX cars were harmed in the posting of this er ... post.

TeleChoice is the No.1 Optus Premium Dealer in Australia with over 100 retail outlets located in major shopping centres across the country.

Nice synergy.

Is this sponsorship worth more than the Indesit ball sponsorship?

It seems to be that every year we sign a different ball and coaches sponsor for 3 years. What ever happens to those last 2 years.

Our predecessors made a decision to limit sponsorship deals to 2 years in order that we were not tied long term deals. I think this decision was made due to the prevailing conditions at the time, our sponsorships were hard to fill and they recognised that things would improve with time.

Berttochi, our previous coach sponsor expired end of last year which allowed us to replace them with JNC resulting in a much better yield to the Club. Similarly with Telechoice. The ball sponsorship had expired so a package has been sold which incorporates the ball plus other benefits. The net result from this deal is substantially better for the Club.

So when we land the next fish and again set new benchmarks for the Club - TC heard it first.

Kudos to you and the Board for keeping us in the loop.
