What a brilliant acquisition he has been.

Has secured our future with all sponsorships being filled for the immediate future despite the current world economic issues.

Has seen over the rebuilding of the football department which includes a development team that is redeveloping a modern and strong player culture.

Has seen over the rebuilding of modern club facilities to accommodate our staff and playing group.

He's rebuilt our club and set us back on course for premiership glory.

How much longer will he stick around?

As long as we can afford him. Which will probably be forever as long as Dick continues to back the club.

Had to chuckle at this Rexy.

In recent times we have had players peeing on windows in public, waving dildos around the Melbourne CBD, drinking at the Lower Plenty pub and missing next day training session, many players being asked to train with the bullants as punishment.....and there is more.

I think there is a lot to improve off the field from what I know.

Well if the culture needs changing we have to start somewhere so I think it's brilliant that the young guys on the list are in a personal development program as discussed by Darren Harris in his recent CFCTV interview.
It's probably too late to change the senior blokes who have learnt bad habits over the last 5-10 years, sadly.
