THis came out of left field i wasnt aware we had secured another sponsor

Anybody else aware of Sportingbet sponsoring the Blues for 2 Years @ $600K as a secondary sponsor.

Takes the gloss off the Tigers getting Luxbet for $700K as a co major sponsor

It was a very low key announcement but one that the AFL is encouraging/urging as they don't want a song and dance after allowing bookies to sponsor clubs at a lower level than major sponsor so as not tick off Tabcorp, their partner.

Great win by Swann and Co. It's nice that they can say that from a corporate sponsorship POV, the shop is shut!

That's brilliant.

Last week, I thought they were about to sponsor richmond, but obviously luxbet upped the ante a little and gained major sponsor rights at the bargain-basement price of 700k.

Better order some of those extra-wide collars for all the logos, fellas.

Luxbet - as a start-up online bookie - are trying to get their fingers into everything at the moment to try to gain a foothold in
the bookmaking industry.

Sportingbet are already very much established, and IMO (not biased!) the best along with betfair...

Sponsors falling over each other to fill the tiers of the Carlton membership? Geez how things have changed over the past few years... ;)

Shit we've come a long way.

Two years ago, this would've been up to 13 pages by now.

Of course, Carlos kicking Cloke in the date doesn't help.

Betfair...but the betfair people are fine with it - or at least that's what they're saying to me...great get by the Blues...sportingbet is the best and biggest - i'm very impressed.

The Betfair people are fine with because they are trying to get a bigger leg into the game as well but Tabcorp are blocking them.

Considering they’re often 10c more a litre than anyone else they’ve probably been wondering what to do with all the cash.

Bunch of silvertails…
