As I've said before, this young man will be one of the games elite defenders in a couple of years, possibly All-Australian too.
I loved reading about his reasons for keeping his #40, shows that the boy's got a very level head on his shoulders.

He has a new three-year deal after some stirring work in the back half. Further validation came in a phone call from football administration manager Shane O'Sullivan, asking if he wanted to trade his No. 40 for a smaller number.
Jamison declined the offer, saying keeping his guernsey would act as a reminder of where he had come from.
"I'm definitely going to stay with 40," he said. "I often speak to Andrew Carrazzo about his No. 44 and what it means to him. I think sticking with the numbers we've got is a constant reminder of where we have come from."
What I love about the young group we've got together now is their humility and professionalism, which will ensure long careers on all fronts. Not one FIGJAM among them.

Jamison said the Blues were expecting to play finals football next season.
"If we don't do it next year, then it will be unacceptable," he said.
