Went last night and found out the following:

- Fisher dislocated an elbow and may be out for about 3 months.
- Camp was really tough, many players had to face their fears, notably Anderson, Carazzo and Thornton who dont like heights. Had to be talked into doing this. Mateship was the focus in this exercise and helping eachother. They may do Kokoda next year
- Fev was a real leader. His little group won many challenges through his leadership
- Many players spoken to mentioned Fev was a real leader. Also Judd

- Yarran is living with Swan in Williamstown as is O'Keefe. He does not know whether his family are coming over as they have some committments so not sure. He is excited to play forward with Fev and Betts. He is very sure of himself and confident which is good. Really nice to talk to actually, very respectful and happy to talk. His hand is ok, will be right to go in a couple of weeks

- Warnock turned up late for some reason. He is a confident person as well. Chose Carlton as we had good management structures, better medical people and the facilities will be good. He does not have any expectations for himself, but hopes to be part of a successful team in the future

- Robinson is funny. He said his family barracked for Sydney, but "oh no not now he said". Carlton spoke to him at the draft camp but we did not thing we could get him at 40. He thought it would be good to play for Carlton. Our recruiters really were hyperventilating that he came to us. He models himself on Paul Kelly, with his tackling and that.

- O'Keefe was quiet but went out of his way to speak to everyone

- Tiller is mature for his age, and knows what he has to do with his body. He is living with Browne and Army.

Really good insight. Dont really remember much else.

Hate to put the boots in, but career changing injury IMO.

Thanks for that Fev.

Had to laugh at 206 choosing us, in part, because we have a good medical staff  Is he planning on being injured most of the time?

Terrible news on Fish. 3 months off now would pretty much derail his entire season you'd suspect. Poor bugger just can't get an even break.

Out Fish, In Edwards/Hartlett/Yarran...

But getting in the way of Jonathon Brown to take a match saving mark is a piece of piss. :P

Thanks for the great report.

Fantastic of you to share that with us Fev.

Tried to get my wife in on that whilst in Melbourne. But nah, I guess she's a member because of me and the kids.

At least she weras her Women of Carlton scarf...just to ham it up a bit, sure, but at least she wears it.

These fashion merchants are a funny lot. Gotta laugh.

Thanks

Nope, you'll have to upload them somewhere.

Try http://photobucket.com/
