I love the little snippets we get from CFCTV through BigPond - but to many folk..it ain't enough.

Wouldn't you love to see something more a little more interactive? Flash video games that are Carlton related perhaps. On the video side of things - it could be 5 minutes of pre-season news from the players, past players and officials. Here's a few I prepared earlier:

'Cooking with Stevo' - Nick Stevens goes through his pre-season diet with club nutritionist in an informative look at the preparation of an elite AFL footballer. Special BBQ guest appearance by neighbor, Mick Gatto.

'Betts Best Bets' - Eddie Betts takes us through the Spring Carnival and shares his tips. Special guests - Owners Chris Judd & Dennis Commetti on their love of owning thoroughbreds.

'Walker and Harts' - Andrew Walker and Adam Hartlett feature their work for the Heart Foundation by participating in Walk to School days with children and parents in the Carlton community.

'Fish and Carrots - Men's Health and personal grooming' - Andrew Carrazzo and Brad Fisher look into fashion, fake tans and facial hair for the metrosexual Carlton man about town.

'Pub of the week with Jimmy and Rhys' - Jimmy Buckley and David Rhys-Jones critique their Pub of the Week and tell stories of glory days gone by.

'Storytelling with Sticks' - (Audio) Listen to the dulcet tones of Stephen Kernahan as he reads a different children's book each week. This week - 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'. Ideal for Pregnant women or those with infants to put them to sleep.

'Parallel Parkin' - Legendary Premiership coach David Parkin is the driving instructor to new recruits. Watch for the jugular vein when Parko gets road rage at the antics of prankster Brendan Fevola. Guest stars 'L' plate drivers Caleb Tiller and Chris Yarran.

No doubt there'd be some footy related stuff in there as well...but you get my drift. Don't take these ones too seriously - but it'd be fun to see wouldn't it?

I still can't see any CFC TV stuff because I choose to use a superior computer.

But I like the ideas Doc.

Perhaps a "girls go blue" late night special with Hef hosting starlets including Sandra, Jo and Megan as they go about the mundanity of modern life.

This is very very good, made me laugh aloud especially Stevo's cooking tips and Carrots on grooming...Doc your talents are wasted at ACCC.

Website:

Step 1: Code/design the bloody thing so it can be viewed on all the browsers on both the major platforms. IE is a dead browser for Mac, so why write the site so it can't be viewed properly on a decent browser?

Step 2: A "Members only" section of the site, where you get a login password with your membership (Silver and above, so they count in the figures). The website MUST be the first portal interstate and overseas members have for communication with the club. Well, second after TC, of course  The Value-adding of the website and adding various things like screensavers, desktop pics, interviews, video clips could potentially add many interstate and overseas members who wish to stay in touch with their Blue Roots.
