Haven't had a chance to come on here since Wednesday night and couldn't find a thread on what Ratten had to say on 3AW, so thought I'd fill you guys in.

*Yarran will only need about 1-2 weeks for minor break to be OK. Will be doing full training straight after Christmas. Healy was saying to him that the word is that Ratts was pushing hard for us to draft Yarran... without saying a "yes", he did say that he was sold on a kid having 70 shots in the WAFL in 13 games.... Said the same sorta descriptions about the other draftees like WH did at the presser.
*When asked who's body shape has changed the most.. without hesitation said that Kroooooz was looking in great shape for '09
*Also gave a special mention to Hammo.. said his shoulders have gone massive.
*Players had an orienteering challenge on their camp, which was won by the team with Fev as leader (he said that Fev has shown tremendous leadership around the club this pre-season and even on the track he was willing his teams on to win any challenges).. When asked if the coaches got involved, he said that Riley was in the winning team and Braddles came last... Which they all found a bit funny.


Wasn't a long interview and to be honest I can't remember much more as it was on Wednesday!!

Yeah but whatabout your whataboutism.

He said he wanted to join the pies but they couldn't get the deal done. So he he settled for second best..... Melbourne, but refused to be paid with monopoly money and ended up at VISY park (gratuitous plug).... true story!
