It's interesting too see so many views on the Carlton Football Club.

I for one share the pain, the anger, and the frustration.

One thing I remind myself of, especially when dealing with my ST Kilda, Richmond, Collngwood friends.....

My CLUB has given me more smiles than heartache and pain over my 29 years, and whilst I must look forward always, I remain at eaze at the knowledge that they have provided me with so much joy over my life so far.

Whilst thinking about this I must harness that feeling and hope that those in charge put the steps in place to regenerate that for us - true members / supporters. (remember not all supporters can afford memberships - so we have true supporters)

I am interested too see what the top 5 values are of members / supporters as we move through this season into next.

What is the most important steps that the club takes.

For me in no particular order.

1. re-sign Fevola ($400-450,000 plus bonuses)

We must have a high profile player, good mid fielders will come too the club if they can kick too a good forward.

If wants too much - 1 st round pick and a quality player. (Adelaide maybe a dark horse here)

2. Play the kids that are capable - physically / and mentally

If Russell, Simpson, Bentick, Hartlett, etc are up to it when not injured, play them, let us see them.

3. Re-sign Campo and Whitnall only on minimum salaries

If they aren't interested let them go. Will be small insurance for us, but have no doubt we can get a 3rd rounder at least for Campo, and 3rd - 4th for Whitnall. Someone would offer a late pick - spots on our list.

4. PSD

Use the PSD and obtain a good name. We need a quality backmen, a quality midfielder, a midfielder ready too blossum, and a ruckman at the least.

5. Team Spirit and Tenacity.

I want to read the paper each week and no my team played with heart, no more easy HBR (hand ball receives).

If they don't send them and us a message - DROP them - simple. Build a commitment culture.

I would be interested too see what others top 5 values are - what you really think is important.

Hope we move forward soon........
