I heard today from a source that we will play the following teams twice:

Collingwood
Essendon*
Richmond
Melbourne
St Kilda
Geelong
Hawthorn

I DO NOT KNOW whether this source is reliable.

No interstate teams.

Given we play 5 of the interstate sides as the away team, that would mean we probably wouldn't play an interstate team in Melbourne....the 6th side is a home game on the Gold Coast.

I know we're on the improve but I'm not overly comfortable with the 7 interstate trips (including the GC game) that I believe we have.

Will be studying the draw very closely tomorrow...

I thought it was 6 including the GC home match.

The fact that we await the draw in the AFL world with such bated breath shows what a farce the whole thing is. 'Integrity of the competition' my arse. Seems the only integrity of the competition the AFL don't care about involves a fair and equitable draw.

I hope we have a tough draw, if we make our first finals apperance in many years it will be even sweeter.

Is the T mean Twilight?

I didn't think there were twilight games on Saturday, only Sunday.
