Just wondering if our coach has changed his approach slightly from last year It was the last year of his contract and results were important for upcoming nagotiations...( thats not saying he's in it just for the money ) Now he seems to be rebuilding again This isn't a criticism of Pagan...maybe this is just how the coaching buisness works...but everyone seems to be questioning moves..tactics... selection ect.... Be interested in peoples thoughts.. |

Been done before to great effect by one K. Sheedy in the middle of his tenure at Essendon*. In the nineties, the final years of each contract were 90, 93, 96 and 99. They were their 4 most successful years (albeit with only flag to show for it all, the underachieving chokers that they are, but that's another thread....) |

Be interested in peoples thoughts.. I wouldn't say he is rebuilding based. How many new players have we had this season? Carlos. How many of our youngsters have played more than a three quarters of football regularly? None. Same players as last year, just not up to scratch now they have been worked out. |
