And the board room delistings have started... Thanks Ralph for all your work. It's not a small thing to give up your free time to work in a footy club board room at AFL level when you've got your own businesses to run. |

I don't think he'll be replaced. The Board was swelled by Smorgon adding 4 potential challengers for political reasons. After Swann and Pratt took over, the directors have handed back executive responsibilities to the CEO and other employees. There isn't anything like the work that they had a few years ago. If we halve the number of directors it'll be a good thing. |
