Hi all, It's been a long (less than) couple of years and in the current financial doom and gloom...here's a little reminder of where we could currently be (not than many of us actually thought Smorgyland would happen) Just thought seeing as history is also becoming a hot national topic I would bind the 3 current hot topics (history/financial meltdown/the great CFC!) http://www.theage.com.au/national/meltd ... -50n9.html Quote: Embattled investment bank Babcock & Brown, which is project financier and holds a 50% stake in Citta Group, is believed to be reviewing all property investments after its share price crashed by 95% since May last year. The cash-strapped investment bank was recently forced to offload its contract to build the $1 billion new Royal Children's Hospital, which is already under construction.
Reality is we are building and getting new facilities in a controlled and sustainable way....just like the way the next few flags will come! |
